Review in two parts: First, we were a little late (10 minutes ) for the walking tour because of our train from Florence., But, they waited for us and were looking for us. by name. Great beginning. The people organizing the tour were welcoming, forgiving and very helpful. We had about 30 people in our walking group, but our guide could always be heard because of her microphone and ear buds for us. Our guide was great! Very informed, organized and gracious and patient while answering
"dumb" questions. Well done. Part two: The boat trip was done later in the afternoon during a rain storm. Only seven in our boat. Guide was good in spit of the weather and because of the rain, took us back to the train station to end the tour. All went well and I will continue to give high grades to Viator.
