The actual helicopter ride was excellent. However, we had a resevation for 11am and actually boarded the helicopter 80 minutes later. We had to wait outside the building with very little customer care.

My Review
When we were picked up, the driver was not pleasant. I had to place our luggage in the back of the bus. After travelling for about a mile the driver pulled in and informed us that we would have to get on another shuttle. I had to remove my luggage myself and place onto the other shuttle bus. Whilst on the first shuttle other passengers complained of the service.
