This is a mostly great tour - Pompeii is amazing and the guides are very informative.  It's a long drive to get there though and there is no eating or drinking on the bus.  They make one stop on the way there and back at a couple of truck stop type places - so not much good to eat and not much time to eat it.  There is a lunch when you arrive in Pompeii, which is just ok and you don't get to order what you want.  The stop at the cameo shop seems kinda pointless - it's just a sales pitch.  Needs some work Viator.

No trip to Rome is complete without a visit to the Vatican.  This tour covers all the highlights.  You could spend days in there and not see it all but with this tour you don't have to.  Our guide was wonderful - very friendly and informative as all the Viator guides are.  Be sure to practice taking pictures of the ceiling on the sly as photos in the Sistine chapel are not permitted!

This tour is a little different than most and that's what makes it great.  Max, our guide, was very informative about murder and mayhem - and entertaining - like having us drink from a public fountain and then telling how the water supply was poisoned long ago.  Also, Rome is quite beautiful at night.  Bring a light coat and be prepared to take a taxi home or to the nearest subway station - about a 30 minute walk.

This was a highlight of our trip to Italy for me.  Very different, very eerie and very educational believe it or not.  Our guide was awesome!  She was very informative and helpful - warned us about the cranky bus driver and proper attire for "holy" places.  The Capuchin monks rule!

This is a most excellent tour.  We saw so many of the main attractions in Rome.  If you only have time for one tour on your visit take this one!  Our guide was wonderful and very knowledgeable.  It is a strenuous walk so wear comfortable shoes - bring water if it is hot - and sunscreen or an umbrella is a good idea.  Thank you Viator!

It's a lil bit of a walk to get to the boat especially when it's raining but pretty smooth otherwise.  Also, thought we would be dropped at hotel but was only close.  Thanks Viator!

This would be a great romantic lil ride if there was only two people in the boat or they upgraded the seating.  But, it isn't and wasn't.  They put six people in each boat - only two get actual comfy seats - the other four are on uncomfortable benches and not quite next to each other.  We were the first to get there but there is no order and got stuck with a bench.  The gondoliers were anything but friendly - and then wanted tips.  Not so great Viator.

Murano is a sales pitch - but cool to see the glass makers in action.  (tell them to smile)  Wish we had more time to check out other shops though.  Torcello is quaint and purdy.  Burano is also a sales pitch - but also purdy and a bit of time to wander.  Thanks Viator!

This was our first Viator tour and we were late.  The tour company was very understanding and helpful.  We rescheduled for the next day and had a great time.  The walking portion was very informative not just about the major sites but all aspects of Venice's past, current everyday life and uncertain future.  The boat tour was just as great.  The boat was fairly small - only about ten of us - which made it more personable and enjoyable.  Venice is incredibly amazing and we all hope to return soon.

We had a great time.  The tour is a nice mix of tales of the undead as well as a lot of San Francisco history as lived by mere mortals.  If it's chili be sure to bundle up - it's windy on Knob Hill.

We really enjoyed out trip to Pompeii.  Our guide - Magda - was very helpful, informative and cute!  The bus ride was comfortable and relaxing.  Pompeii itself is full of amazing history to discover at every turn.  There was plenty of time to see the ruins, shop for some cheesy souvenirs and have a nice lunch.  This is definitely a great day trip well worth your time.  Thank you Enjoy Rome!

Our Pisa Segway tour was great!  Our guide was very friendly and helpful.  He took pictures of us along the way with our camera - awesome!  My mother was nervous being on a Segway for the first time but was very comforted by the wonderful instruction and patience she was given.  We had no idea there was so much more to see in Pisa other than the tower.  Thank you so much for a great experience.
