Private New York Walking Tour with a Personal Photographer

My Review: Marc was excellent and gave us more than the alloted time just because he cared about our journey and wanted to help us. The photos are great and it is wonderful to have somebody who can give you a tour of the city - although we are seasoned travellers and had already sussed a lot out! His photos are already drawing comments from freinds who have seen them and I would not hesitiate to recommend this. One thing - there seems to be a communication lapse between him and you which meant our original slot was not available and then you did not confirm to me the change resulting in me trying to deal with it!

My Review: There was no recognition of the receipt which meant we had to stay in line until we got to the actual ascent - this was frustrating and an obnoxious female insisted I show her where I had paid my 45 dollars for the privilege, which of course is not on the voucher. This was not worth the money on this occasion simply because it did not allow us the full line jumping which was promised. The fault is theirs - but you need to know that your vouchers are not recognised until you get to the lift point.
