The Hostess and bus trip were excellent- the guide at the site was top rate. Only complaint- is that we would have liked about an extra hour to maybe grab a bite to eat in Pisa and explore just a little more- it felt quite rushed time wise.

They failed to meet us as scheduled; but we were able to contact them by phone and they were there within 5 minutes and we were wisked off to our hotel in record time. Top rate once we were picked up!
