A unique experience and one not to be missed!

The people conducting this tour are very professional, the views are amazing, the wildlife still wild resulting in a thoroughly enjoyable day.

Two words of caution: the movement of the boat is considerable - the crew give out anti-nausea tablets (ginger) but I'm sure seasickness on rough days is an issue (we had a calm though cool day) and secondly, you can't wear too many clothes, when the boat is moving at speed, which it often does the breeze (read gale) across the deck is freezing!

Trip was well organised and conducted. It is however very dependent on the weather as to how good the views are. On our day the weather at the top had closed in and nothing could be seen from the viewing platform or anywhere else for that matter.

The guide/driver stopped below the cloud on the way down and this made the effort worthwhile. 

Most importantly, don't go without adequate clothing, the wind at the top is strong and gusty and not at all warm!

A great day, informative, friendly driver/guide, lots to see, unhurried and not crowded. The park itself is amazing with some fabulously tall eucalypts, wildlife and a very pretty and impressive waterfall at the end of a pleasant forest walk. 

The trout farm we visited on the way was very interesting backed up with coffee and crepes, who could ask for more!

This is the way to do it! Central London in the morning rush hour is not the place for using public transport whilst carrying suitcases. Telephone confirmation of our booking was quick and easy and on the day the the driver suited arrived on time with a lovely clean new Mercedes sedan, loaded our bags for us and drove us unerringly to Heathrow in perfect time for our check-in.
Could in no way fault the service nor the personel involved.
