My Review

Fantastic excursion to one of the most beautiful places I've seen. The Navajo Reservation is not what you expect, but worth the experience. J.R., our tour guide, was a blast, knew a lot of local history and had plenty of stories during the 3 hour trip from Sedona.

My Review

Excellent way to see the Grand Canyon from various viewpoints. The train trip option was fun, but slow, even with the occasional entertainment. A good way to see the area though. Our tour guide, Joe, is a geology buff and was extremely knowledgeable about how the entire area from Sedona to the South Rim came into existence and how it evolved over the several millions of years. Very educational, and a great way to spend a full day.

Stonehenge, Windsor Castle and Bath Day Trip from London

My Review
This was an all-day itinerary, leaving from Victoria Station in London, traveling to Windsor Castle, Bath, and Stonehenge. Unfortunately, that resulted in there being too little time to spend at each of the sites, we could have easily spend 2 more hours at Windsor Castle and the surrounding village, and another hour in Bath as well. To put it in perspective, there was 5.5 hours of driving, and 4.5 hours of sight-seeing. Stonehenge was enough time, but not if you wanted to see the additional fields with more rocks. The tour bus itself was very comfortable, if a bit too chilly for my taste. Our guide, Rodney, was a blast, VERY British, completely unflappable, gliding through the streets. This is a good option if you have limited time in England and want to see some great sites. I would definitely have spent more time at each of the sites if given the option though.

My Review
This is a great way to see the city before seeing the sights. There are several different tours you can pick from, with several overlapping stops so you can go from one tour to the next. Audio commentary is delivered through headphones or there are a few tours that have a live guide telling amusing stories about the various sites. Service is frequent so there's no reason not to do this when you're in London. Staff found at a few of the stops was helpful and courteous.

Skip the Line: Louvre Museum Walking Tour including Venus de Milo and Mona Lisa

My Review
This was a guided tour through the Louvre museum, which lasted a good 3.5 hours. The guide was very knowledgeable and would spend a significant amount of time at certain artworks explaining the history and significance. This may not be to everyone's taste. The tour does guide you past the major pieces in the museum, allowing you plenty of time to see them. The group wore headsets so you could hear the guide from a distance, which was very necessary. Finally, since you are in the the museum, you can spend as much or as little time there once the guided tour is over.

This is a great way to see the city before seeing the sights. There are 4 different tours you can pick from, with several overlapping stops so you can go from one tour to the next. Audio commentary is delivered through headphones that you plug into the wall of the bus, and you can pick from a dozen or so languages. Wish they'd mix up the music a bit more though. Service is frequent so there's no reason not to do this when you're in Paris. Just look at the map for the bus stops, and then look for the actual bus stops which are fairly clearly marked.
