My Review: Dumped off in unfamiliar territory. Had to remove own suitcases from the belly of the bus after shifting several other suitcases. while the driver was busy smoking and chatting on the sidwalk

My Review: Dumped off in unknown territory with no help as to where we were or how to get to where we needed to go. Had to remove own suitcases behind other's suitcases from the belly of the bus. Meanwhile the driver ws "busy smoking and chatting on the sidewalk.

My Review: Difficulty finding the bus desk as our instructions where to wait outside for someone with a sign. Staff at the office were very abrupt!. Very good bus driver!
