REALLY ENJOYABLE - DELIVERED EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD - FRIENDLY STAFF - WELL ORGANISED AND WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

The actual experience of flying over the strip was nothing short of magnificent and was made even better by the expert interesting and informative commentary given to us by the pilot. The lead up to the flight was unfortunately another story - clumsy check in procedure which resulted in a wait of in excess of 2 hours prior to the flight. The actual flight and the experience was as stated nothing short of magnificent but was unfortunately tarnished by a clumsy and unorganised check in procedure - the end result was well worth the money but did take up far more of our night that it needed to. We only had 2 nights in Vegas and this night was pretty well totally devoted to this activity.

There was not too long of a wait for the shuttle at SFO but the trip into the City was a little harrowing - the Russian Driver had very limited knowledge of the city and kept blaming his GPS for not knowing where to go - kept trying to adjust his GPS while driving and very nearly hit other cars on 2 separate occasions - if not for the guidance of another passenger who had excellent knowledge of San Fransisco I think we would still be driving around looking for our Hotel and the Hotels of other passengers - The time delay in getting to our hotel was inconvenient but the bad driving and lack of job knowledge was pretty bad - the driver I would say was fairly new on that job - I will add that we used Super Shuttle again to return to SFO a few days later and the drive was good - a lot less exciting.

I had wanted to visit Alcatraz for decades and this trip delivered all that I hoped it would - All elements of the trip fell into place like clockwork and thoroughly enjoyed the trip to The Rock. The HO HO Bus was excellent - all drivers had there own style of dlivering commentary and all were great in there own ways - we have done HO HO Buses in a number of cities and have never been disappointed with the service given - this was easily worth the money I paid and will definitely use these type of Buses again.
