This was a good deal. My shuttle arrived 15 minutes ahead of my confirmed time, allegedly. I was not there. After waiting for 15 minutes from scheduled pickup time, I called the local contact. They sent another shuttle within 10 minutes. I got there with no problem. If I had it to do over again I would go down 15 minutes before pickup. For the price it was a bargain. Driver spoke very good English and was friendly.
