Very desorganized. The tour agency is a disaster, they overbooked the tour. Initially all the persons that didn't booked directly with them were kicked out of teh tour; however, after 30 min they finally let us stay except for 2 persons that also booked their tour with a third party, and they also kicked out the people (10 approx.) that they needed to pick up in a hotel. The tour guides were nice; they gave a good walking tour of the city and review of the history.
