Take it or leave it. Cruise was good. Illumations tour was difficutl to see. Dinner on Champs-Elysees was actually inside in a resteraunt on Champs-Elysees. Would have been much better to be out on the street in the great atmosphere. Not sure why we had to dress up. There were no dress standards in the resteraunt and other peope on the tour didnt meet the dress standards but were allowed to continue on the tour. In summary, not worth the money.
Pass was good value and we got good usage. Brichure on where you could use the pass was very useful. Biggest complaint - the commentary was multi-lingual., However, this was done by the guide describing in German first and then re-doing it in other languages. Often the feature may have gone past by the time they did the English version. Also, once the German version was complete, some of the German tourist started chatting about it which meant we couldn't hear the English version. Maybe use the Brussels version where commentary was broadcast in multiple languages at once using headphones.
1. The start point was hard to find. Doco said Central station but was actually in a side street near central station.
2. The multi lingual commentary whereby you selected you language was very good.
3. The cord on the earphones supplied was too short. If you turned your head to look at a feature being discussed, the cord either pulled out of the plus or out of your ears.
4. We were on the tour #1 but were dropped at a stop that wasnt on the map. Turned out there was another tour with 21 stops that wasnt in the brochure. Not good to be dropped off and not know where we were.
