Driver was 30 minutes late. Tour was supposed to be half day-but was actually 21/2 hours. Tour did not cover all areas specified (I think the tour guide started the tour before we were picked up). A small van with small windows was used which made it difficult to see sights and impossible to see tall structures. Tour guide was OK and her English was OK. I would skip this tour.

Driver was on time and helpful with our luggage. Got to the airport with more than enough time available.

Tour left on time. I understood that tour guide would give extensive comments/description of countryside as we had a long road trip to/from Prague--we were given a small amount of commentary instead. Local tour guide in Prague was like an automation-spewing out dry facts as fast as he could-which didn't make for a good tour.

Tour was OK. Wished I would have done 2 day tour since there was too many sightseeing opportunities for only one day. Tour stopped running early so be cautious if you are counting on a late pickup.

Pick up was 40 minutes late. Were were told we should expect to be late since we were too cheap to book a private tour. The driver, however, was very good.

Departed an hour late in spite of reassurances the Van would be there in "5 minutes". Took 1 and 1/2 hours to get to hotel. Next time I'll take a taxi.

It was OK. Very crowded and rushed.

Very Good. The "Premium" seating could have been better. Very crowded but that is probably to be expected. Staff were very helpful.

Their recommended departure time from the hotel got us to the airport 4 hours before our flight (I had questioned this but they said it was necessary to ensure on time arrival-it wasn't) Additionally, the Driver called to pick us up 20 minutes before our scheduled time (we made him wait). Next time I will take a taxi.
