Excellent day out..out guide carlos was fun..gave plenty info without overloading us with too much historical info..Was a refreshing tour..loved it!!

Too rushed..I took in little of the sites, saw nothing of Potsdam...we had no time to relax and take fotos..it was like a boot camp..David, the guide was ok, but not customer focused..he was on a tight time frame. I hated it!! It spoilt my experience. too much info given..and we spent too much time at the spy swap bridge.

Fantastic day out..Our giude was friendly and fun..
Really loved Berlin and this is a great way to see the sites with lots of time to take it all in..

We were almost left behind...the office was closed when we arrived. Was hard to locate a representitive of the company. We arrived on time but was dissapointed by the service. The driver who did come to get us, was great and friendly.
