We enjoyed the walking tour and the cooking class, but the class was supposed to be 8-11 students, but it was oversold and 20 people. After 3 hrs walking in hot Rome and then that many people working in tight hot space it was very hectic and what should have been 1-1 1/2 hour cooking class ran way long. We would have enjoyed it more with less people and it would have helped to have more assistance with the techniques. Also, we still do not have the recipes and the instructor was going to send us a video of the ravoli we made that stretched out into the street. The longest she had ever made.
