Driver was polite and went the extra mile when we thought my wife had lost an ear ring. After we had gotten settled in the hotel, he and a mechanic searched the vehicle for the missing ear ring. It was not where to be found, but he called us to tell us he looked. We appreciate that. We did find it later. It had fallen into a pocket. Good work! thanks!
