My Review: They did a great job of pointing out all kinds of interesting things that would have taken at least a week to read about. All of the staff were helpful and friendly; only difficult part was waiting for the transfers-in cold weather it can get a bit uncomfortable, but overall a great experience and very educational! Recommended highly.

My Review: We were seated in a full bus with several people who wanted door to door service, which they gave, but everyone wanted to be let off first. Driver did the best he could under the circumstances, and it's much less expensive than a taxi. The service is good, you just have to be patient until they get to "your" hotel. Not recommended if you're on a tight schedule.
