The entire experience was just great; guide very informative and things went very smoothly. It was too bad we didn't get a bit more time for shopping in Assisi, but it gave us a good incentive to return some day. Lunch at Perugia was delicious and well planned. A great tour.

Overall a great way to see Rome in a short time and avoid the traffic. Since we did the tour in summer, it was still light when we began, but the guide did an excellent job of explaining the highlights and important locations. The view from the high hill with the Garibaldi statue is wonderful and not a common destination for Rome-goers. A tip: when riding in a bus and trying to see things at night, make sure the interior lights are off; this helps with seeing the illuminated city. In cooler weather, an open-topped bus might be a better option, but if you don't do heat well it's a great choice.

After seeing the incredible crowds in the St. Mark's area, we knew we had made the right choice in taking this tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and got us through very tight spaces with no problems, and later the canal tour was very interesting/informative. A great way to see Venice, especially when it's hot and crowded. Good choice!

What great fun!! The cooks were so attentive, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the company of the other travelers. Food wasn't bad either-a great time and a chance to really savor something that you have created.

Loved both places and this was due much in part to the informative and helpful guides who led this tour. Everyone told us that this was a wonderful area, and they were right! Highly recommended for anyone interested in the Spanish/Moorish influences on this area (as well as the historical significance of Tuscan hill towns) that can still be seen today. Great trip.

Since we only had a short time in Milan, we booked this tour just to see everything we wanted as quickly as possible and it worked very well. The Duomo was not covered as a guided tour per se, but after detailed information we were led to the area and then went inside on our own, which did not bother us as the inside was spectacular and it was nice not to hear alot of "tourist noise". The Scala Opera and Last Supper we could never have done on our own in the limited time we had, so it was well worth the expense. Nice job.

They did a great job of pointing out all kinds of interesting things that would have taken at least a week to read about. All of the staff were helpful and friendly; only difficult part was waiting for the transfers-in cold weather it can get a bit uncomfortable, but overall a great experience and very educational! Recommended highly.

We were seated in a full bus with several people who wanted door to door service, which they gave, but everyone wanted to be let off first. Driver did the best he could under the circumstances, and it's much less expensive than a taxi. The service is good, you just have to be patient until they get to "your" hotel. Not recommended if you're on a tight schedule.
