We had arrange to be pucked up at a different Hotel then where we were dropped off. The driver who delivered us to the hotel only had a collection time but could not confirm the name of the hotel.. On the collection day I got our hotel to confirm the pick up which was fortunate as not only were they going to the wrong hotel but an earlier picjk up time was required. Got to the airport on time but could have been a problem. Collecting driver needs to be more informative.

We were supplied with our collection time by our driver who dropped us off but the company also contavted us the day before departure to varify this. Nice touch.

Great tour. The guide was very knowledgable and even got us an Indian treat to try whilst showing us around.

We were delayed in customs at Kuala Lumper but the company Rep was still waiting for us and took us straight to their driver. Driver was very polite and got us to our hotel safe ans sound.
