The driver was thedre 10 minutes before scheduled time, and was a very nice guy and got us there as scheduled... Second time I use this service, and I will continue to use it everytime I go to Rome... It sure is a piece of mind!

We got picked up in a beautiful Mercedes Benz, and we felt like movie stars with our private driver. The driver was dressed sharp, and was very kind helping us, and loading our luggage. I will continue to use this service, and recommend it to any of my family members or friends that go to Rome. GREAT SERVICE!!!

The service is great, but there is a waiting time period, because you have to wait, since you are sharing a Taxi... Since we where jet lagged, it is kind of inconvenient to wait, but the ride to Venice was fun, and the driver was very helpful with our luggage, and making sure we board and unboard safely. I will use this service next time, but would consider taking my own taxi instead of sharing... we waited to leave a good 20 minutes.
