We were told to arrive at 9:00 am to depart at 9:15. We left at 9;30 hurrying to catch train arriving in Dachau late thus missing bus. Jeff talked to us for 25 mins in rain till bus came. Alot of our time was wasted. Then going around only part of the camp. I felt he didn't have the knowledge about the camp or was bored with it all. He left us about 45 mins to walk around the camp ourselves. I was over hearing other tour guides explain alot more things that we were not told to us. We met back by the bus wasting more time waiting while he pushed other tours to be offered and of course hinting for a good write up. Very disappointed tour.

Why is it we had to go to a certain part of the city to start and couldn't just get on at stops around the city and start there. We should have been allowed to download a map of the stops around the city. Not a very interesting narration.

What a wonderful tour guide Arja was. She has a degree in history and just made everything come alive as she talked about the history of Berlin. Very interesting and worthwhile.

Arrived at tour company to pickup the pass. They gave us the pass and when we asked some questions about it they were very rude and said they knew nothing about it because they don't sell it. Once again that was way out of the way to pick it up.
