It is a waste of time this trip do not do it the first day is good and would just say to do the day trip. After the day your you are put in a car for transport to Amalfi the hotel is ok but can book yourself for 50 euro on booking.com and no other tour is planed you are left on your own

Good fun day and nice food but you really just learn to make pasta pretty basic cooking class. Would have been nice to get given some sheets on how to make sauces and other Italian food
