The service was terrible, we waited 45 minutes on 3 occassions to only get on and then have them take 10 to 20 minute breaks on the second stop. We complained as well as several others but it fell on deaf ears. In theory, the idea is good one for an afternoon but trying to get a seat on the top and with all the delays it was not worth it. We also purchased the river boat combo and it never mentioned that 1 of the 2 boats are not open air but are covered. If you wanted the open air, you had to catch it whenever you saw it coming down the river and when we finally got on, it broke down and we had to wait for the covered boat a 1/2 hour. Not worth the price!

The service was worth every penny. We didn't have to worry about fighting crowds on the water bus and which stop to get off on. The only issue was that it was a little confusing waiting for the water taxi since it was 15 minutes late, we were unsure if you were at the right location. Otherwise, it was a nice experience and convenient.

It was an exceptional experience. The one hour tour was a full hour in comparison to the 25 minute gondola with singer. We had only one other couple with us in the gondola and enjoyed the singer from the other gondola's next to us.
