My daughter and I enjoyed this afternoon tour on our two night visit to Paris. The coach trip to Normandy was scenic, comfortable and didn't take too long. Commentary by the tour guides was in both Spanish and English and was very informative. Once at the gardens we had plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings, eat our picnic lunch, inspect Monet's cottage and take photos. It is a fair walk back to the bus parking area for those with mobility issues and the toilets were near the gift shop on the way out ( we actually didn't find them) Food was available in the township once you exited but not in the gardens themselves. Driving back to Paris along the Seine was beautiful, especially when the Eiffel Tower was about 100 metres away. We were readily able to catch the Metro back to our hotel as it was across the road from the tour office. A highly recommended tour!

It was lovely to be met at this bustling station, especially as we had a lot of luggage with us. As it was my first time in Paris I was able to have a good look around enroute to our hotel. My daughter happily conversed in French with the driver but he also spoke in English to me. We were delivered straight outside the hotel door and assisted with our luggage. I would definitely use this service next time. Don't forget to confirm your booking beforehand to ensure your pick up.

My hotel pick up went smoothly and I was delivered to Victoria Station where it was like being herded into a cattle pen with people waiting to board many tours. Unfortunately my particular tour had many different names so people were confused when the tour was called. However, once we were boarded the tour was fantastic. Our guide was very informative and easy to find with his red handled umbrella held aloft. We were able to see so much in one day without feeling rushed and the pub lunch was delicious. You have to make your own way back to your hotel after you complete your section of the tour.

What an amazing exhibition! I spent a couple of hours here. Your ticket allows entry for a session. I would advise arriving a bit later than the beginning of the session as there was still a line of people with pre purchased tickets awaiting entry. It also got very hot inside so wearing layers is a good idea. As well as freedom to take your own photos there are professional photo opportunities which are ready to pick up within minutes. It is well worth a visit.

I was disappointed on my arrival to see at least 50 name cards being held up, none of which was mine. I phoned the company who assured me that a driver was coming. There was an instruction on my confirmation sheet to wait near the information booth but there isn't actually one there now. Once my driver arrived I explained that this was my first time in UK and how excited I was to be seeing my daughter. He didn't speak to me at all on the trip unless I asked him a direct question so I had no idea what anything was or where we were. He used the GPS to find my hotel and basically dropped me off in the dark near the hotel for me to find it on my own. Luckily the rest of my holiday was much more friendly, and I will get a cab next time because those London cabbies are great!

I would love to be able to review this tour but somehow my dates got confused and when I rang to confirm the booking I was informed that my booking was for the previous week and I had missed it. This was an expensive lesson to check all details when you print off your confirmations!

This is a very well organised tour with so much to do and see. The cable car ride was a highllight with stunning views over the city, harbour and island. I was impressed with the Museum depicting the timeline of Singapore's history in tableau format. The aquarium and pink dolphin/sealion show were interesting. I have never seen a sound and light show so was very impressed with the finale to the tour. There was a problem with my hotel return transport due to Formula 1 road closures and the guide ensured that I got back safely by accompanying me ... what an amazing young man!

The actual route was an excellent way to get around the city and see the sights even if you didn't get off. However, I had trouble accessing the hotel pick up to collect the voucher, even though I had asked the hotel concierge to clarify the arrangements. After waiting for ages another call to the company informed me that hotel pick up was only for groups of 2 or more. As I was travelling alone I had to get a cab just to pick up the voucher. It's a shame that the confirmation of payment can't be your voucher.

I went to the central meeting place to join the tour only to be told that due to the Formula 1 closures the meeting place was Chinatown. The woman at the tour desk was quite rude. When she rang the tour guide it turned out that they had me booked on the wrong day and asked me to come back the next day. As I couldn't do that I had to catch a cab to the zoo (about 1/2 hour away) and join the tour there. I was reimbursed for the cost and from there the tour was great. There were photo opportunities with the orangutans and a basic buffet breakfast in a covered area adjacent. Afterwards there was plenty of time to enjoy the lovely zoo and see the Sea Lion show. If you were too tired or hot to walk there was a hop on hop off train to take you around. I was very impressed with the zoo itself.

My driver was waiting as I arrived and welcomed me politely. It was a beautiful ride along bouganvillea lined streets to my hotel. My driver was informative and helpful. I would definitely recommend this service and will use it again.
