We waited a long time for a pick-up at the Palmer House that never happened. Your printout said we could pick the bus up at any of the stops. Not so. It picked up across from Art Institute -found out after I called. Also bus shut down tour early in day due to Lallapaloosa Concert - which left us uncertain of return to hotel after Chicago River Boat ride, so we couldn't do that. Bus was dirty, air cond. didn't work well, and they didn't give lower passengers priority to go up on top deck when room and before loading more riders. Not near as good as my San Francisco experience. Generally rated 3 out of 10 for those reasons.

WONDERFUL! Relaxing, well informed driver, clean bus/windows, great stopping points to take pictures Really enjoyed the whole experience. Would take it again in a heartbeat..

I'd give them a 4-1/2 star only because they didn't go over the Golden Gate Bridge or near the Painted Ladies like 3 yrs ago. Loved most of the Guides - one had too much "hype" in his voice-trying to sound like Wolfman Jack and got annoying after awhile. We just changed busses. Otherwise a great way to see the city and it's sites. Really enjoyed my 2 days on top of the bus!
