The guide was very good. The cheese pairings were nothing more than some different kinds of cheeses on a paper plate. I thought the person at the winery would tell us what wines the cheeses went with. Good experience though.

Good guide and totally enjoyed the tour. The boat ride was amazing. A must when visiting Niagara Falls.
