Our tour guide Nabel was excellent. Our tour guide in Sienna was excellent. However,due to 2 inconsiderate ladies who were part of our tour group who couldn't tell the time of day and then somehow got separated from the group! As a result, our group had only 45 minutes each at Lucca and Pisa. If you can't tell time or follow directions...stay home!!...Don't ruin the tour for others!!!!

This tour is a multi-lingual tour (of 4 languages!). Viator did not inform us of that.Not worth it! We only had 40 minutes at Torcello ..of which 20 minutes is taken up walking to / from the church. Complete waste of time.You are further ahead to pay for a vaporetto and take your time and enjoy the 3 islands.
