The driver arrived about 30 minutes ahead of schedule in order to beat the late afternoon traffic. We appreciated this as we got to the airport early and could relax rather than panic in traffic.

The village is around the Oxford area and a long way from London. In order to get there the pickup was early. Thus we got there around 10am and were picker up around 5pm. Far too long. You only need a couple of hours to look at the shops and make your selection. Next time we'll go by train in our own time.
We cannot fault the bus company or driver. Its just that the time there was too long.

The Windsor Castle tour was too rushed. Literally ran from room to room without having time to fully appreciate the displays. Our guide wanted us to rush through in order to see the changing of the guard.
Lunch at Harrods in their Georgian Restaurant was excellent. Definately go there again for the experience.

An excellent way to see the highlights of London. Our guide was good and very knowlegable on the history of London. Had a private tour of the London Tower, excellent. Short boat trip along the Thames to be picked up again by the bus. Our guide said he had the right spot to see the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace and he was correct. Had an excellent view away from most of the other tourists. We didn't go on the London Eye optional as we did this ourselves the previous day.
An enjoyable way to see the highlights of London.

A disaster. Arrived at Heatrow and went to the meeting arae where we due to be picked up. Our pickup was not there. Walked around and finally found the company representative. Problem was our name was not on their list. Rang the company and they had our names but had not included tham on that list. Luckily the driver took us to our hotel.
