everyone was very nice and helpful and the locations to catch the bus were very convenient for us. The night tour is great! My only negative comments would be that they sell so many of these tours that you do have to wait, sometimes in a very long line, to catch a bus. But, they do try and get as many buses by as possible to accommodate the long lines. The other negative would be that if you want to catch the bus back uptown from the downtown tour, you have to ride the entire loop downtown to make your way back uptown, so you can't be in a hurry.
