Excellent. Niyal, the manager, is the most professional, well mannered and helpful person there. A real asset to this lounge. No matter how busy he was, he always made time to answer our questions and came and chatted to us. He even remembered us a month later when we were returning home and had only 3 hours in the lounge. Food, drinks and shower were the best.

Extremely disappointing and Disatisfied. Shuttle was late. Concierge at the hotel made 3 phone calls and she was told in 5 mins they will be there everytime. My husband made about 4 calls from his mobile phone and was told the same thing. At one stage was told that they were sending a private car in 5 mins. 45 mins later, a minivan rocks up and no apology or explanation given. Meanwhile we are stressed to the max that we will miss our flight. When I express my anger t o the driver, he says " You better shut up and get in the van so that we can be on our way". However he did get us to the airport on time. I will not be using this service again and will not encourage anyone else to do so..

Our tour guide was really good. She was from the States and therefore spoke perfect English. The gardens were absolutely magnificient. However, I believe that it would have been better to visit some gardens in the morning, then visit the Chateau, have lunch and then more gardens. By the time we got into the chateau after 3.00pm, we were all really tired, especially as we had been walking in the gardens on a really hot day, all day.

A must do!!!!! Seeing Rome during the day is 1 thing but it is absolutely brilliant to see it at night. Kiara, our tour guide , was the best. I would not only recommend this tour but i would also do it again. All tour guides should be like Kiara from Roma

It was good but not as good as I was hoping. We were early and waited for over 1 hour. What was disappointing is that we are both not small people. After patiently waiting for so long, we were told to sit on the 2 smallest seats on the side of the gondola., which was not very comfortable. The ride in itself was good but seat was not. The gondoliers should make that call and place its passengers according to size and comfort. Afterall it is noit cheap to do a gondola ride. Next time We would rather do a private one, just the 2 of us..
