excellent trip, very well organized. very nice staff. We enjoyed a lot. My only suggestion is for them to provide lunch (buffet) at Eagle Point (and not only at Guana Point).

Blue Man group definitely lives up to its world renowned reputation...it is a non stop mix of music, comedy and action. Definitely keeps you guessing what will happen next. The use of lighting and other special effects all add to the enjoyment of the show. You can see why this show has been a Vegas staple for so many years.

Great! Jerry (sp?) was an excellent guide. Our German visitors enjoyed it very much.
The only disappointment was, we were supposed to go on the Ferry and it was cancelled without prior notice. And that was what our visitors were looking forward to. Virginia R.

I had to wait about 45 minutes after connecting with the agent at the airport. But, the driver found my hotel and I was dropped off within an hour.

The pick up was not as prompt as promised. The driver was also not very friendly or helpful. I had a print out of my email receipt that I was told to bring as proof of payment. The driver was all confused and was irritated because he hadn't seen this before?? Having said that, once we got out of LA Airport, the service was fine. The price was right too!

Our Disney Character Dinner was wonderful. We took our whole family--there were nine of us. Did their eyes ever light up when the limo pulled into our resort. The limo picked us up at the time they said they would. We even had champagne, which we didn't expect. The dinner was delicious and all the characters gave us plenty of time to take pictures The picture our driver took of our family by the limo is really a nice memento. The only down side was with the scheduling of the dinner. I checked on-line to see which dates of our vacation were available. The website showed availability on the 26th, 27th, and 28th of October. I called and scheduled the 28th, gave my charge card info, and was given a confirmation number . Done deal right. No! The next evening I'm checking my e-mail around 10:00 pm (pretty busy getting ready for vacation) and I find an e-mail stating there are no openings for the 28th--website still shows availability. I call and, of course, it is too late, however, there may be availability on the 29th. I am told they will call me back the next day at 8:00 am. No call. I finally call and to make a long story short, we were able to book the 29th.

I was greeted quickly and welcomed openly to Maui. The greeter directed me to the arriving baggage claim area. My transportation to my hotel arrived shortly, handled my luggage with care and drove to my hotel safely. I would recommend this Viator service without hesitation.

My sister and I did this tour. Most was really great. Too much time in Siena talking about an annual horse race which we were often told we would not understand . not enough time in Pisa as we arrived around 6pm and most of the shopping carts were starting to pack up as they closed by 7 so not enough time to shop and see the inside of the church and climb the tower.Lunch on the farm was good .Overall a good tour
