This was the best part of our ten day trip to Italy!!! Naples was nothing great to see sort of a dirty city, but we were only there for an hour to see the highlights so that was good. Pompeii was fascinating and the tour guide was so informative, but a long walk in the heat July. Our stay in Sorrento at Hotel Ambasciatori was UNBELIEVABLE!! AMAZING food, BEAUTIFUL scenery, pleasant staff, fantastic room, very relaxing...make sure to request this hotel, the other two options were not as good. Capri was nice, we got to see the Blue Grotto.

Great tour! Great info, lots to see, but a lot of walking. Our time in the museum was great too. We skipped the very long line, our tour guide gave us all the info we needed and we had plenty of time to stay and look around.

The only benefit this tour gave us was that we skipped the line. But we were just given tickets and sent on our way. I was expecting a tour guide, but no such luck. We had to pay for the audio guide in the museum.

The tour was really fun and informative. We got to learn a lot about Venice's history and the sites, and also got to see some of the behind the scenes places we could never find on our own. It was so great not to have to wait on any lines they were so long and standing in the hot sun but we were only able to be in the Basilica for literally 5 minutes. We walked in, around and out. That was the only disappointment. The rest was great.

It was fun to ride the boat through the main canal of Venice, see the major sites, hear about Venice's history and way of life. Great way to start your time in Venice.

The actual service was okay. We had to wait about 30 minutes to leave the airport so that all the people in our party could arrive. We could have gotten a water taxi much quicker right at the airport with no problem, but it would have cost us twice as much. So it's either time or money, you have to decide which is more important to you.
