Positive: Clean car. Negative:Had to make several calls to the transfer office before the car came. Driver said we had to pay even after I presented the paid coupon and he threatened to take us back to the cruise port. Finally we convinced him to call his office and it took several calls before he admitted it was prepaid. The other car used by another group of us did not have problem with the coupon.

We are happy with the service for eight of us in a van with all the bags. Here you go outside the door after picking up your luggages and go the designated transfer area with the name of the local company contracted with Viator. We will use this service again in the future.

We had a group of six from a cruise. The same 4 hours city tour with an experienced private guide cost less than half what the cruise ship would charge. And the guide would even modify the tour to suit our request. Great service.
