This tour was OK, but our experience in the Sistine Chapel was actually frightening. People were jammed in through the entrance, then the exit was blocked due to a group of wheelchair and stretcher-bound disabled people.  It was not safe, and people were starting to panic.  It was an absolute nightmare - very dangerous. The Vatican people should be limiting the number of people in the chapel at any one time.
