The tour of the sheep farm was a day well spent in the country. The drive out to the farm was beautiful and we got to see the suburban side of the city. Our driver was very informative and friendly. Once we got to the farm, we learned how to throw a boomerang, crack a whip and enjoy billy tea over the fire with hot damper bread. Our guide at the farm was a lot of fun, very interactive with the group and great to talk to. We saw sheep corralled by the sheep dogs and sheep sheared for wool. A very educational day overall. Lunch was served promptly and was very delicious. Only dissappointing point is that we expected a buffet lunch with several menu items as indicated on the website, but this was not the case. We were each served one main item only along with a salad and dessert.
