Very efficient service. We picked up our tickets from Santa Monica pier and then hopped on the bus. Each route is quite long so you really need to research where you want to get on and off. The narrative on the bus goes on a bit and is quite strange if you get the tape with the British male voice(???) Would recommend the Farmers Market stop on the red route. Probably the best way to see a big part of LA safely but set aside plenty of time.

Very easy to locate at airport and was loaded on to a shuttle in no time. Dropped off at the door of our hotel and helped on an off with all our luggage. Downside is driver drove like a maniac and spent a alot of time checking his ipad/tablet thing when we would have preferred for him to be watching the road. His driving speed and slamming on of the brakes made for a very bouncy journey - thank god we had seatbelts.
