My driver was curteous and on time.I would offer a suggestion that when you book a service like this that you indicate scheduled window-timewise of when pickup is.Especially when you give all flight details on reservation.Thanks.

Process was well coordinated.Only comment is that start time changed from 9:00 am to 10:00 am due to time of year or because it was a Sunday.It would have nice to know that.Thanks.

This one did not work well.We waited over an hour.We had to have Viking cruise call twice.first time we were told driver went to wrong port.I believe there was also confusion as to time of pickup.once picked up driver was very courteous.I would suggest again that on the confirmation that a pickup window time be noted.Thanks.
