This trip was fantastic. The view from Chinaman's Hut of O'ahu was spectacular. The walk was an easy 5-10 minute walk. The kayak was more physically demanding and I wouldn't recommend it if your fitness levels are very low. Overall one of the best things we did in O'ahu. I Highly recommend it.

This was a great way to see O'ahu from a totally different perspective. We got the first class tickets and I'm really glad we paid the extra for it. We had problems hearing the pilot's commentary, but was still an absolutely fantastic experience.

The people on the phone were rude. Used the pick up time recommended by the company. The driver turned up on time however we had to wait for so many other passengers (who were told to be ready at eg 7 but were needed by 6.45) we only just made it to our flight and one suitcase was left behind.

No major issues however poor communication to passengers. I would use if its more economical than taxi but we were not that impressed and probably added 1/2 an hour onto the travel time compared to taxi. Ok but not worth raving about.

With the exception of poor communication to passengers regarding departure time and other passenger pick ups around the airport I thought it was a good service for the price.
