A good way to get an overall view of the city.

This tour could have been so much better.
The places visited were very intersting, but it was let down by our guide of the day.
Kristin ( call me kriss) who seemed very knowledgable, but he was rubbish when it came to keeping the group together.
At the first stop we lost one passenger; a 73 year old lady. Kriss didn't tell us that the bus would move to pick us up at a different place, He didn't wait for everyone to get off of the bus before striding off up the path. When this lady found the walk too much she went back to the start to wait for us to return.
Kriss was not happy, when we eventually found her, we were now running late.
At the next stop; the old parliament; Kriss did tell us that the bus would move before again striding off into the distance before all of us were off of the bus.
This time we lost three passengers.
Kriss was definitely not happy, and he let us know that we were all idiots.
At the next stop; the geysir; he made it clear that only an idiot could get lost. The bus would move and wait at a cafe/rest stop that would be in sight of the geysir.
Unfortunately, the coach didn't stop where we could see it. Many of us walked around the site until we found the coach. Others waited at the front of the cafe thinking that the coach hadn't arrived yet. Eventually, Kriss went to look for them. Had Kriss have waited at the flag to say a few words and point us in the right direction, this wouls not have happened.
Overall, what could have been a brilliant trip

This was one of the most enjoyable parts of our holiday in Iceland.
We booked the 4.15pm departure from Reykjavik. And departed Blue Lagoon at 7pm.
We would have liked to have longer there.

Dissapointing.
On the day that we were there we only spotted one Minkhie Whale. (sorry if that's spelled wrong) Then only fleeting glimpses.
The crew did warn us about spray on the upper deck, they didn't say that it would be like having buckets of water thrown over us.
Be warned, and be prepared. Wear waterproof clothing or get wet.
