Our guided tour was outstanding. Her personal reflections of the event and the heart-warming stories of the 911 Heros brought us to a much fuller understanding of the disaster. The pace was excellent, as were the viewpoints. The ability to line-jump to view the Memorial was a nice finish. Thank you
