This was a great trip.. It covered lot many places... However the food option which was there for non-beef and non-pork eaters was bad..
The time given to explore Pisa was very short... Since we booked to climb the leaning tower as well it left us with only 30 mins to take pictures and walk around the place..

This was the best experience of our entire Italy trip... Great food.. great recipes... everything was amazing about this experience... Our Chef Alasandro was fun to cook with... this happens in a group of 4.. lots of fun.. we were left with extra pasta dough and our chef taught us an extra pasta sauce and made it a 5 course meal instead of 4 course... at the end of the dinner we were sooooo fulll... I have not had such a great Italian food ever... and the best part is that we cooked it.. I would definitely recommend about this to everyone visiting florence.. this experience itself is just great.
