We were lucky to have Claudia as our tour guide. A trained archaeologist, she took her time describing these incredible sites, and shared her enthusiasm for the subject matter. Top notch.

We were lucky enough to have the same guide for both, Michael, and he was informative and charming, and very patient. I would strongly recommend visitors to use your service - without it I don't we would have had the energy and know how of navigating the entrance process. It's not that the Italians are not well organized - for they are - but the sheer number of people trying to get in. Even in mid-October, Florence was packed.

Thank you for helping fulfill one of my travel dreams-visiting La Scala. While I couldn't afford a ticket to one of the operas, your tour made me connect closely with the lovely house. Our tour guide had great poise and lots of great info. If you love opera, you will thoroughly enjoy this tour.
