Best segway tour ever! Our guide, Marie, was informative, funny, and full of energy. It was our first activity upon arriving in San Francisco, and it gave us a good overview of the city in a short time. And going down Lombard Street on a Segway is the only way to go!

I would not recommend this tour. Our plan was to take the entire two hour tour, then use the Hop-on hop-off feature to return to the sites we wanted to visit. The buses only go one direction, so if you want to go back to a specific spot, you would have to ride the entire two hours to get there. And the two guides we had were goofy, instead of informative. One played trivia games with fake prizes instead of telling us anything about the locations. The other guide told non-stop jokes about his wife.
