We loved visiting Pisa; however, the group was so large that we couldn't hear our guide very well. Also, as soon as we got off the bus, we were bombarded with vendors in our face so badly that one had to be a bit rude to make them go away. It would have been nice to see our guide be a bit affirmative to assist us in this regard. A bit disappointing overall

Loved this tour. Our guide was so enthusiastic and informative. Would definitely encourage others to go on this tour.

OMG; this was the best of all our tours. David, our tour guide was fantastic and very accommodating to all. Having the devices so we could hear clearly was perfect. It really assists anyone that may have minor hearing difficulty. I can't say enough good about this tour and tour guide.

This was a perfect start to our vacation. Sandra was very knowledgeable and personable. We loved the place where we went to have dinner. The only negative thing is that we couldn't hear Sandra very well on the bus and she talked so fast that quite often we couldn't understand her. I believe the reason she spoke quickly was that she was translating in 3 languages and trying to get it all in. Perhaps a microphone on the bus could have helped. Overall though, it was a great start to our holiday.
