Interesting itinerary, friendly guide.

This 'Full Day" tour is not true. Duration, it says '9 hours', but on practice it's only 6 hours. Jason, my guide, insisted that he was just doing his job and if I have any complain, I'm pleased to tell Viator. I was also left to wander the wall on my own. Jason's attitude was unfavorable.

Asked 15 RMB for rickshaw tip
Tea ceremony = sales product presentation
Persuaded hard to buy tea
Guide busy w/ his gadget, guessing for myself

I checked in from Hagia Sofia and almost got on the wrong bus. If it weren't for a kind stranger passing by, I would have had to pay extra and be fooled, because when I showed my Viator Voucher, they said it was their bus. I suggest Viator to mention a warning in itinerary and put a more eye-catching signpost at Hagia Sophia.The tour itself was pleasant and informative. It helped me better my understanding of Istanbul a lot. Very worthwhile.
