If we had not phoned to confirm the transfer, they would have sent a vehicle that was too small for all of our luggage and we were required to pay an additonal 25 Pounds to the shuttle driver!

It does not say anywhere in the booking details that you are required to go on the Thames cruise before Madame Tussauds in order to get your tickets for both activities. We went to Madame Tussauds first, where they retained our voucher and we had to endure huge delays and a great deal of frustration before we were able to convince the Operators that we had already paid for the activity and that our voucher had been retained at Madame Tussauds!

Although this was a departure transfer to the train station, the operator had it booked as an arrival - again if we had not phoned to confirm, this would have been a problem on the day! There seems to be a communication problem between yourselves and your tour operators.

Although we had booked and paid for 4 people, the operators had only booked for 2 people. The restaurant was able to accommodate us, but the bus was already full and we had to sit on one anothers' laps for the trip, which was both uncomfortable and dangerous! The food was also poor.
