Nice overview of sights and guided tour of La Scala, Galleria, Castello, Info about the Duomo. The undisputed highlight was the guaranteed entry to the Last Supper! Highly recommended!

Meh. Easy way to see a lot of the city, but the narration was lacking and poorly timed with the ride. Nice that you get 48hrs of transport, but we only rode the bus one day and used the much easier metro the rest of the time. Our 48hr metro passes were a much better value.
