Normandy D-Day Battlefields and Beaches Day Trip

My Review: It was a long day, but very enjoyable. Saw what we wanted, and had enought time to experience the different places we visited. My only negative comment was the tour guide. He was very organized, but also very cold. If asked questions, you got ignored. Seldom answered question, just shrugged, and said he didnt know, or ask someone else. We thought he was extremely rude. Normally we tip the guide well, not in this case. Other gudes helped their patrons, but not ours.

My Review: Our guide was very knowledgeable of the city and its unique neighborhoods. Enjoyed the walking tour, and especially the history of the architecture of the city. The gondola tour was the best part.. For the price, a very good value.

My Review: We saw so much in one day, it was amazing. Our guide Lisa was great. She had so much knowledge, and employed local people to supplement our trip. Plenty of time to see other things on your own. Lunch at the organic farm was great, too short!. Siena was especially enjoyable. as was San Gimignano.Excellent examples of Medieval walled cities. Best tour we experienced on our trip.

My Review: We enjoyed our tour. A lot of walking, but worth it. Tour gude excellent. Saw the entire complex of ruins, and what they meant to the ancients.

My Review: Started off a bit disorganized. Left late because of paperwork. Strugged to find our group. Guide was good, but spent too much time showing us every painting we passed.. We did see what mattered. A good value for the price.
