The tour was not as expected. It was a rainy day and that may have changed the itineray. First, we waited 45 min before taking the hyrdrofoil to Capri. I would rather be sleeping as the port is at the same location as the ship.. Once we were in Anacapri and then Capri, we were dropped to go shopping. Not given a tour or even told where to go see things. The shopping is very high end and not for us. He could have told us where to go see the highlights of the island. Everyone wanted to return early and we did. The lunch was good. This trip was not worth the money. Need another plan for poor weather and a better guide.

The tour and guide were wonderful. She had grown up there and knew the history very well. A well spoken, kind woman who takes her job very seriously and provides great customer service. The only negative was that we had to wait 15 min for others who did not show in the beginning and then our time at the top with the cable car was rather short.

Both the boat and walking tour were very good. Because of our schedule, we had to split the tours on 2 days and during the boat tour, there was a torrential rainstorm. We missed half of the tour and wanted to arrange to do it the next day and were told to call the office. It would have been great if someone had met us or contacted us at 11am the next day for the walking tour because most of the group would have liked to finish the boat tour or paid a discounted price to finish the boat tour. I would still highly recommend the tour - it's a beautiful city!

We had a 3 day pass and could have done it with 2. The price of one museum paid for the entire card. It is a great value and so easy to use on the subway and buses!
