Probably the worst tour I have ever been on. the tour guide spoke very little English, even though it was supposed to be an English speaking tour and spent most of the time talking in German to the German visitors, so consequently we did not grasp much. We were pulled over by the police as our wheel was falling off and as a result had to wait for 2 hours in a service station for another bus to come out from NYC. No apology or refreshments offered as compensation and our tour guide spent the 2 hours watching the tv!  A bit of a worry as the maintenance of the vehicle should be paramount. The trip was rushed as we were now late and the tour guide was rude to people who were a few minutes late getting back on the bus and then told us that his salary did not include tips and that he would expect to be getting them as he could not live on just his wages!! Don't bother with this tour - go on the train instead.

Nice tour, excellent lunch but would have been nice to include  the Skylon as it is supposed to have the most fantastic view of the falls, rather than the view from the window of the restaurant!

Trip was OK, but not enough time at each location, everyone felt very rushed. It would have been better to see two islands and have much more time on each. Also, they try to sell various excursions when you arrive at the islands, one of which was a swimming trip. We were all told there was no beach and nowhere to swim, so we purchased a ticket. When we arrived there was both, so we felt misled and cheated.

Fairly boring trip. The only down side about all the excursions is that after being collected from your hotel, you then have to sit in the Chat office located in the hotel which they own, for over half an hour. It would have been better to get a later collection time instead of wasting everyone's time.

The guide was terrible. She kept us standing in the searing heat while she droned on and on in three languages. Would have been kind if she had done this in the air conditioned coach before we got there! Very informative, excellent guide, would definitely recommend the trip. When we got to the meeting point, I was told there was no record of our booking. Although they were very nice and immediately wrote us out a ticket to board - I was a little concerned. The actual cruise was extremely boring - all they talked about were bridges and there were a lot of them!
